Is every piece authentic?

Absolutely, we guarantee that all of our products are 100% authentic.

How long can I keep my bag?

As long as you are a fully paid member you can keep your bag for as long as you wish.

How will my bag arrive?

Your selected product will arrive via Just express, which will require a signature upon receipt of goods. In some cases, your selection will arrive overnight but this will depend on the time you place your order. If not overnight, your piece will arrive the following day.

How do I send the piece back?

Follow the instructions sent to you with your piece. You will need to repack the product into the box it came in. Email returns@milaandeddie.com.au and we will organise our couriers to pick up from your door.

Who pays for shipping and handling?

You pay $25.00 for each product to be carefully shipped to you. This payment includes the cost of sending it back to us when you are done. You will be prompted to pay for postage after you have confirmed your selection.

What happens if I lose or damage the product?

In the first instance, please contact us immediately at oh-no@milaandeddie.com.au. We will assess the damage of the piece and ascertain what kind of repairs are required (if any at all). Please don’t attempt to clean the item yourself as you may end up doing more damage than good (leave it to the professionals).

If you have lost the item you will be charged a replacement fee. Replacement fees are determined by Mila & Eddie based on the individual nature of the piece. Please refer to the full terms and conditions listed on this site.

Can I choose to buy the product if I fall in love with it?

Sure! Just email us at info@milaandeddie.com.au and we will advise you of a price if that particular piece is available for purchase.

Can I borrow more than one item at a time?

Sure. Members can borrow up to 2 pieces at a time. Additional monthly fees apply. If you wish to borrow more than one piece, please email us at info@milaandeddie.com.au and we can discuss your request.

How do I cancel my membership?

First, you will need to return the product you have borrowed. Then email us at info@milaandeddie.com.au to advise us that you would like to cancel/suspend your membership. We are happy to suspend your membership and give you the opportunity to join again at a later date.
Please remember you must advise us of your intention to cancel or suspend your membership at least 72 hours before your next billing date.

Can I request an item that you don't have on your site?

Drop us a line and let us know the details of the piece you are looking for. We will see what we can do for you!

Can I buy a gift certificate for a friend?

Yes. Just email us at info@milaandeddie.com.au and we will 'walk' you through the details. We can send you a gift voucher letter, wrapped with a free Mila & Eddie carry bag... expect much admiration for being so clever.

Is my personal information kept private? Is it safe to use my Credit Card?

Yes your details are all safe. We will never sell, share or give your personal information to any third party for any reason. We use EWAY as our gateway for payments, so we adhere to their security and privacy policies. What if I am not 100% happy with the product?

Mila & Eddie does not allow returns or refunds on products you rent from us. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with a product you have rented, email us at oh-no@milaandeddie.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your item and our customer service team will work with you to resolve your concerns.
